Most of the industry is split in two: precast plants that never touch a shovel, and underground contractors who buy every piece they set. Manhole Builders is both.
Why it matters on your job
When the plant and the crew are the same company, the piece that arrives is one a builder already thought through. And when something in the ground does not match the plan, you are talking to the owner, not a rep. There is no parent company and no outside partner to point a finger at.
It is our goal to earn your business and your trust, the same as it was five generations ago.

Simun Dzajkich started building manholes with his son-in-law in the 1950s. The company his family runs today still does exactly that, and casts the pieces too.
