Storm Drain

Storm drain structures

Storm drain work is where the odd structures live: open channels, gates, siphons. We pour them in place, to the detail.

The structures that don't come off a shelf

Flume manholes with open channels formed through the structure. Trapezoidal flumes. Sluice gates cast into the pour. Siphon manholes. Pours tied into existing pipe. When the plan shows a structure no catalog carries, that is the work we take.

The same crews that pour our sewer bases pour these, freehand, in the ground, with the inspector watching.
